    The X Under Construction seems not working at all, when I hit update, it goes to white blank with nothing happening. I notice I have notification requires PHP ZIP extension, is that related?

    Hey there,

    Please try contacting your web host to install the PHP ZIP extension. If that doesn’t help, please try a different web host to test if this is a hosting related issue.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for updating us.

    In this case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
