    Hi, Our X-theme site has stopped working for no apparent reason. Not sure how long for.
    Have checked with hosting company and they advise no issue there end – please see below. Im unable to access the site or admin and am stumped as what to do! Hope you can advise. Thanks

    After checking the domain and the hosting package, I have been unable to locate an issue. I uploaded an info.php page which is loading without issue.

    Looking through the error logs, they are showing an error on the file class-wp-tax-query.php on line 22. There are no other errors within the error logs which suggests the issue is being caused by this domain. Please see the most recent section of the error logs at the bottom of this email.

    It would also be advisable to check the index.php and .htaccess files as these do not appear to be relaying the correct information.

    Thanks for writing in! It’s showing up as an error 500 on our end. We can’t access your site or your login link on our end either. We’ll try to take a look and see what we can find. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hey John,

    Based on the error message, the issue is not with X nor its plugins. It looks like there is issue with your WordPress setup.

    PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WP_Tax_Query in /home/linweb40/a/airflowsouthwest.co.uk/user/htdocs/wp-includes/class-wp-tax-query.php on line 22

    Please seek assistance from a WordPress developer. Or, reinstall WordPress if you can.
