Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

This usually happens if you use older version of PHP on your server. Can you make sure you are using PHP 5.6+ on your server? You can ask your hosting provider to update the PHP version if it’s older than 5.6 as it’s required for WordPress – https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

Please ask your hosting provider to update PHP then. Most of the plugins follow wordpress requirements.
