Amanda PParticipantHello!
I have this page: http://healthyfamilyexpo.com/test10/
which is a wordpress post that is set to “Visibility: Password protected”
password is: pass123but as you can see, when trying to enter the correct password the page refreshes and does nothing, does not show the protected post.
Had a 3rd party developer try to fix the issue and they keep telling me it’s a cache issue. I’ve cleared cache on all browsers, tried chrome, safari, firefox and none work. I even contacted the hosting company to see if there is server cache. They advised me that server cache is turned off for this account.
So now I’m wondering if there’s some sort of theme conflict.
Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Amanda PParticipantHey! I found out what the problem was…
The site is hosted on GoDaddy and after chats with multiple agents at GoDaddy, one agent finally realized that one of the DNS A record files were pointing to a different IP address. After updating that, the site now refreshes immediately and also the password protect feature words too!
