dthomParticipantHi, I am running the latest browser versions and noticed that my parallax affect only works on ie – not firefox or chrome. I found the following thread where it sound like the member fixed the problem but I am not sure I can follow the recommendation (not that savvy).
https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/parallax-not-working-in-chrome-and-firefox/
Is there another way I can address this? https://mysalus.org
Thanks

JoaoModeratorHi There,
I have tested your website in Chrome and Firefox and the Parallax on the section where you have laptop as a background is working fine.
Can you try cleaning the cache of your browsers and test if it also works for you?
Thanks,
Joao

dthomParticipantThanks for your reply but after clearing site cache and browser I still have the problem and discovered a new one. Summary of testing below. I had Website caching turned off for these tests.
1. Firefox – Chrome. I did notice that parallax starts to work on initial page load then becomes static (all within 1 or 2 seconds). I have duplicated on another pc. Browser inspections are not showing any errors (that I can see, but not an expert).
2. ie 11. Parallax works perfect but, My Cards appear upside down upon hovering. Found this reference indicating issue was fixed in an August 2015 update – but not in my case.
https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/ie-11-issues/I am using version 4.4.2 of the theme.

dthomParticipantOK, I am going to drop the parallax as sever articles researched though google indicate various issues with each browser / device etc. Maybe something about my chrome and firefox but I can’t find any browser specific guides on this, indicating to me that its probably just me having this issue.
I would like to get the card issue resolved however.
thanks

FriechModeratorHi There,
Is there a chance that your device is a touch screen? Parallax is purposely disabled on mobile devices. I did check your site in Chrome, Firefox, and IE parallax works fine.
Please clarify the issue regarding cards, I can’t seem to replicate it.
Thanks.

dthomParticipantThanks for your response. Regarding
Touch screen – No I am referring to Desktop – Win10, unless I am missing something. I know prallax does not work on most mobile setups
Regarding the cornerstone card elements (which work perfectly on chrome and firefox) the back panel appears upside down on hover (animation set to flip this way) instead of right side up in ie 11. If you could try https://mysalus.org on win10 and ie 11 and let me know if they work as they should then I can further investigate why I seem to have these browser difference issues.
Hope this has clarified.

ChristianModeratorHey there,
This is currently a known Card issue on Windows 10 and IE 11 that is still being investigated. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please stay tuned for updates.
Thank you for understanding.
