When I purchased the X theme I noticed the ability to pay $50.00 to have the theme professionally installed. How do I take advantage of that? Also I paid for a years worth of help, how do I take advantage of that?

That is not a service we provide it is probably handled by themeforst, installing your X theme is really easy, we could help you.

Do you know how install WordPress? Do you have a hosting service?

Joao, thanks for the offer. I am on hold (hour now) with Bluehost. I had talked with you earlier. I want to throw up. I am not able to proceed with my build because of some sort of problem with Paid Membership Pro.

I was asked for these credentials from this forum yesterday but no one followed up on them.

They were going to log on and see what’s the problem but it never happened. I really need help! I realize your doing this out of the kindness of your heart. Please help me!

Hi there,

Would you mind specifying the issues you currently have in installing the theme? Based on the info that you have provided it seems to be an issue with a plugin update. Installing a WordPress theme is pretty easy. Kindly check out this link that has a details outline on how to do it.
