I am having a challenge where pages, are not returning accurate results in search.
For instance, this page http://livingnow.com.au/advertiser-showcase/ has the content “LivingNow’s advertisers are an essential part of our community. Supporting them supports LivingNow in remaining free to all readers.” appearing at the top of the page, yet a search of the site brings up a result that shows this information “Share this Post”
Clearly this is not correct, yet I have cleared the cache, as well as removed what I thought was an issue with the Simple Custom Content plugin, but disabling that simply removed the content that it was displaying, and left a blank result.
My preferred result would be to have the extract display the post meta from the Yoast Premium plugin, and in the absence of that to display an extract from the page.
Please advise
