jensmith3ParticipantHello,
My site is at www.http://abundantearth.net.au/
I am using the UberMenu plugin and have just purchased Themify’s Conditional Menu plugin to enable me to assign specific menus to particular pages.
I’ve created two small menus that I want to appear in the right-hand sidebar:
Home page sidebar to have Services menu
Services page to have Maintenance menuI have managed somehow to achieve this but for some reason the formatting I have set for each of the new menus is ignored.
Any chance you may be able to point me in in the right direction?
Many thanks and kind regards,
Jenny

Rue NelModeratorHello Jenny,
Thanks for writing in!
I have checked your settings and it appears that you have added the conditions in the wrong place. Since you already assigned one of your menu as the primary menu, you need to add the condition for the primary menu instead.

Please review if I have set the correct conditions because I already went ahead hoping to resolve this issue.
Please let us know how it goes.

jensmith3ParticipantHi there,
Thanks so much for your help. It’s still not quite right and in my attempt to fix I have managed to remove my Main menu from the top of each page. I’m also still a little confused as to what I should be selecting.
At the risk of testing your patience do I:
Under Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations select options as follows:
Theme Location Assigned Menu
Primary Menu Home
services + condition (that it appears on Home page)
maintenance + condition (that it appears on Services page)Footer Menu None selected (as yet)
UberMenu (Easy Integration)
I’m not sure what I select here. I gather I can only have one menu selected as Easy Integration so just don’t know.
Really appreciate your help as always.
Kind regards,
Jenny

RupokMemberHi Jenny,
Thanks for writing back! Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
