fitloansParticipantHi
I have recently upgraded to the latest x version and have noticed that the following page no longer works http://www.fitloans.com.au/education-centre/
It looks like the images no longer load even though it seems that the articles are there if you put the mouse cursor over it.
Do you know what could be causing this and how I can fix the issue?
Thanks

LelyModeratorHi There,
Thank you for the credentials. Upon checking, I can see that you do have a caching plugin although it is not active. Did you purge/delete cache before you deactivate this plugin? It is important to delete cache before deactivating it. If this doesn’t work, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

fitloansParticipantI didn’t do any purging of cache before updating X but I think I did it deactivating it. How can I tell if a plugin is native or 3rd party? I don’t know which ones to have on initially and which I can then test out.

Nabeel AModeratorHi there,
Try disabling all plugins except Cornerstone and see if this works out for you.
Let us know how this goes!

fitloansParticipantThanks for that. I have done that and the photos show now. So do I now activate a plugin one by one until it no longer works?

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I have replied your other thread here:
https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/content-scroll-no-longer-working-after-update/Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Please let us know how it goes and reply in just one thread to avoid any confusion. Thank you.
