I want to add some things to the right part of the site (sidebar) but I can’t do it:

when I add some pages to the sidebar I want that the images be to the maximum amplitude without space, like this: http://www.marieforleo.com/blog/

1) how can I do a sidebar with widgets that includes pages with max amplitude
2) how to add the image to the items interested (pages)

1] Since you are already using the Widget area in your right column, please add more widgets to that sidebar area. You can make use of the recent post shortcode. To know how you can use it, please check this out: http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/recent-posts/
And by the way, you can add this shortcode and manager the widgets in Appearance > Widgets.
2] If you use the recent, the featured image will display automatically.
