    Hi there! Site is precisionpointinc.com, everything is current. I’ve got another open support ticket with you right now about how our font weights changed after updating to the latest versions of X/CS this morning (https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/customize-settings-for-body-font-settings-wont-work-after-updating-xcs/)

    Another problem we just noticed is that when hovering over a menu item that has a drop-down in the main menu, there’s an orange box that appears around the parent item in the menu. My client took this screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/x81ikt405allgru/orange%20box.PNG?dl=0

    Can you help us figure that out as well?

    NOTE: I cannot get this to repeat in Firefox on my Mac, so it seems to be a FF/PC issue only as far as I can tell so far. Thanks! 🙂

    Hi There,

    Try adding the following CSS under Customizer > Custom > Edit Global CSS:

    a:focus,
    a.x-btn:focus,
    select:focus,
    input[type="file"]:focus,
    input[type="radio"]:focus,
    input[type="submit"]:focus,
    input[type="checkbox"]:focus,
    input[type="button"]:focus {
            outline: none !important;
    }

    Hope it helps.

    Hi! That took care of the orange box for FF on the PC – thank you!

    The only thing I notice now is that in Chrome on the PC, when I hover over the menu items that are parents, the menu does not drop down automatically on hover – I have to click on the parent item to open the menu. Only on Chrome PC tho – all other browsers work on hover.

    If we can fix that, we’ll be in good shape – thanks!

    Hi there,

    I tried to replicate the issue on my PC using Chrome browser and it is working fine. The dropdown menu works on hover. Can you please try clearing your browser’s cache and reload the site?

    Let us know how this goes!
