When I inspect this div rev_slider_2_1_wrapper and delete, the video is underneath the slider.
Here’s what I have in the home page for the video formats:

Hi there,
I’m not sure what’s the issue, but the reason why it’s not displaying is because the video is covered by your added slide. The slide itself should have no image, background image, or background color (should be transparent) for the video to be viewable.

If you want to have a video background you cannot have images sliding over it.
You can setup a a poster image, see img 1.
BUT
You could try creating a slide show on top of the videos and using revolution slider visibility options, making the images just visible for mobile for example. Please see img 2.
AND
Also you could have two sliders on your Home page and hide each one on specific resolutions, Cornerstone visibility. You could have a slider with a video for tables laptops and desktops and another one with pictures for mobile device. This option would make your website quite heavy.
