    Hello there,

    I’m facing a small problem with Rev Sliders (great product!). All sliders appear on mobile except for one. No matter what I do I can’t seem to get it to appear on any screens 461px or smaller. I was directed to a few useful forums in my previous post but still no luck. Could you please advise me the issue?

    HI Chris,

    I would love to check the current settings of your slider. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Chris,

    I tried to login to the admin using the details you have provided but it seems to be incorrect.

    Would you mind double checking? Also kindly point out which specific slider is not working on mobile.
