jensmith3ParticipantHello,
My site is at http://dev.shsp.com.au/
I have set up one page navigation for the Services page. All links are working fine however when I click an item on the Services drop down menu from any other page apart from Services, it goes first to the top of the Services page and then down to the relevant section so it looks a little clunky.
Is there anyway to have the link go directly to the relevant section?
Many thanks and kind regards,
Jenny

Paul RModeratorHi,
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Please don’t forget to review the changelog as well.
Thanks

jensmith3ParticipantHello,
Thanks for your reply and I have just updated to the latest version of X-theme – the only update outstanding. It is still jumpy so is there anything else I could try?
Thanks again and kind regards,
Jenny

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
The way you setup one page navigation is not quite right.
Section’s ID should be targeted while you’ve targeted healine’s ID. Please remove custom ID ‘assessment’ from headline and add it to section which contains the elements.Hope it helps.

jensmith3ParticipantHello and thanks for your reply. I’m not sure I understand.
On the Services page I have selected one page navigation using the ‘Services’ menu. I have the following IDs for each of the headings on this page:
assessment
individualTherapy
groupSessions
specialPrograms
computerBasedProgramsUltimately the links work but when you select an item on the Services drop down menu from any page other than the Services page, it first goes to the top of the Services page and then to the selected section which is quite clunky.
I wondered if there was something I could change so that the link goes directly to the particular section.
Many thanks and kind regards,
Jenny

jensmith3ParticipantHi again,
Thanks so much for the clarification. I’ve done this and the links work as before however it is still quite jumpy. Perhaps this is how it is supposed to be?
Many thanks again and kind regards,
Jenny

Rue NelModeratorHi Jenny,
I have investigated your site. I can see that you are using UberMenu. Regretfully, one page navigation is only good for the default X menu. At the moment, our developers is still working on to integrate UberMenu and One page navigation in X.
Hope this explains it.

jensmith3ParticipantThanks so much for the explanation. X is the only theme I use and the support and continued development are fantastic.
Kind regards,
Jenny
