Hi I’ve seen numerous posts on this issue, but I haven’t gotten this to work. I have done the following

    1) I have accessed my Home Page(The page I want to be One Page Nav) via admin and set the one page navigation to my Primary Menu.
    2) On my Home Page there is section that I set the id to “tcs”

    3) I added a custom link to the Primary Menu with a menu url of “#tcs”

When I click the custom link nothing happens. What am I missing? Also can I access that custom link from another page i.e. Mywebsite.com/MyhomePage/#tcs?

    Thanks

Thanks so much. I didn’t know, it was case sensitive.

    Joao,

One more question about one page navigation. I added a link from my Strategic Planning Page to the section on my home page and it worked fine, but when I added another link to same section from a different page it takes two rows beneath the section where it is supposed to be. Any idea why?

    Hi @sabacon

The link on the Strategic Planning page seems working fine. Kindly point us the other page you are referring and mention where is the link.

    Thanks!

    Hi There,

Since you have a mixed menu, that meaning, you have some links on your menu that are for a ONE PAGE NAVIGATION PAGE and also links to another pages, like your shop page and it´s products indirectly you will need to setup 2 menus.

1- One of this menus will be setup as you did now and this you will assign as your one page navigation on your home page(one page navigation page)

2- The other menu needs to have the absolute urls, instead of having just #about you need to have http://www.krizialaux.com/#about

And this second menu you can setup at Appereance > Menus as your Main website menu.

    Hope that helps

    Hi Joao,

I not quite clear on what you mean. Do you mean two on the same page?

    Hello,

I can’t figure out why the one page is not working me. I assigned ids in the page sections through cornerstone and I added those ids in custom links in menu with #. I read that there could be an issue with a full page revolution slider on the home page, but mine is full width. Can you take a look and tell me what I can do to make it work?

    Thanks,

    Krizia

    Hi there,

Those are correct, but it depends on page where you wish to apply the one page.

What we’re explaining is you need multiple menus depending on the location. Example,

    1. Create a primary menu where links are absolute, eg. http://example.com/#TCS

And this primary menu should be active globally (will assigned to sales page too). Admin > Appearance > Menus and assign primary menu.

    2. Then create another menu (one page navigation) where links are relative, eg. #TCS

And this menu should be assigned to page (eg. your home page) where the section has TCS ID. Admin > Pages > Home page and assign your one page navigation.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Rad,

I made every page a one page navigation page then I used the new main menu and everything seems to be working fine.

    Thank you so much.
