nickohornyParticipantHi,
I have recently received notification from a client who is testing their site that the one page nav does not function correctly when using chrome browser on a pc, it will not jump to the anchored row when clicking, so instead you must scroll manually.
Unfortunately I am unable to test where I am but just curious to if you know about this error and if there is a solution?
Thank you.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! I have checked with Chrome but couldn’t find such issue. Here goes a screencast on my end – http://recordit.co/4Zj3jxF7E2
I think this is something on your client’s end. Ask him to try from a different device.
Cheers!

nickohornyParticipantThanks for that.
How can I explain it to the client best? – is it likely something in their pc settings or actual browser settings?
Thanks for the help 🙂November 25, 2016 at 1:29 am #1270245
Paul RModeratorHi,
You can let them know that it is working on other computers.
Then let them clear their browser cache and make sure that javascript is enabled in their browser.
You can also send them our demo link and see if one page is working.
Thanks
