    Is there a way to speak to someone live? I have some technical questions about the woocommerce/paypal/keeping track of orders.

    1. How do I get all orders to show up in woo commerce? Including Paypal?

    2. How do I set up merchant account on website/through woo commerce?

    This isn’t exactly a theme question and IDK who to ask..

    Thanks for posting in.
    Unfortunately, one on one is not available on this forum. Questions on this forum are answered from oldest to newest.

    1.) Please go to Admin > Woocommerce > Orders

    2.)Go to Admin > Woocommerce > Settings> Checkout Tab

    However, I’ve already went to Woocommerce Orders and it’s not there. I’m not sure if my woocommerce and paypal are connected. Is there a way to tell if everything is set up right?

    Hello There,

    Thank you for the credentials.
    You’re order is there when I check. See attached screenshot. Unfortunately, I am not sure exactly what you meant by woocommerce.com. There is no record in there. Order details is in your wordpress database which can access in your admin Woocommerce > Order. You might see details of your orders on your paypal account too. Woocommerce is a plugin installed on your wordpress. All it’s details is in your database that can be manage via wordpress admin. Did I missed something here? Please clarify.

    Okay well – you answered it. I thought this whole time (this is the first time i’ve set up an e-commerce store) that I could see all the orders on woocommerce.. I stressed out way too much over this just to learn the only access is on wordpress. aye aye aye.

    But everything is a learning experience. I really really appreciate you looking into it more. For real. Thank you!
