    Hi I’m having trouble trying to figure out why only menu item that uses Mega Menus isn’t dropping down on mobile. It works just fine on my desktop and the other mega menu items drop down fine. Can you please take a look for me?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    It works on my end but there is a delay before it works, had to wait some couple of seconds. And maybe this javascript error affecting your it too

    Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

    And there are scripts running related to Capture Apps, that causes the delay on other scripts including the one responsible for the drop-down menu.

    Please try disabling the Capture Apps javascript, the error is also originating from those scripts.
