    Hello, we have been using X on our multisite for a while now and working great on multiple child sites. All functions work great.

    We are trying to go into the primary root site and edit the X Theme settings and are unable to see anything in the Customizer, all we get is this:

    As you can see, there are 2 javascript errors.

    Any ideas on what we need to do to fix this. I can give you a login into the site if needed.

    We are running WP 4.6.1 and X v4.6.0

    Hi there,

    Thanks for posting in.

    It could be related to widget or there is a warning or notice that interferes with HTML output of the customizer. Unfortunately, I can’t tell which cause it based on the screenshot.

    Would you mind providing your site’s URL and admin login credentials in private reply?

    Hi Patrick,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
