    Hi There,

    Thanks for everything so far, I am very happy with Theme X.

    I am having an issue installing Olark. I signed up and followed the instructions here:
    https://community.theme.co/kb/extension-olark-integration/

    I did exactly this: Upon signing up for your Olark account, you will receive a Site ID. Simply place this into the plugin and you’re good to go, it’s that easy!

    However, when I continue to the next step on the Olark dashboard. It says “You haven’t installed Olark on your website yet!”

    Please assist. Website is http://www.bathique.com

    Hey Spencer,

    It could take some time for Olark to connect to your site. Please give it several hours and check again.

    Hi Christian,

    Thanks for the heads up! I just checked again and I still see the same error, it has been a little while now, but I will give it the rest of the day and check back tomorrow to see if it has connected.
