    Hi all,

    I’d like to create a CTA Button that opens up the Olark Window… Here’s the code given by them, but I’m not exactly sure how to make that work. Suggestions?

    Also, I’d like to know if there’s a way for that chat button to be delayed showing for a few minutes? Or even possibly hidden until the person clicks the button?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    That seems incomplete, it’s a button but the library responsible for olark('api.box.expand') doesn’t exists. Though, I can’t really answer your questions as the integration depends on the embed code. Controlling the delay could be changed through their settings, but I’m not really sure. You may wish to contact them 🙂
