Hi. I added a page to my website and upgraded my Envira Gallery plugin over the weekend, as well as play around with W3 total cache and a few other plugs to help speed up my site. However, somewhere along the way I must have flipped a switch because now the only thing that shows up is the background images on ever page… this includes the X-Under Construction page when activated.
Since then I have removed or deactivated all the plugins I touched over the weekend but to no avail. Does this mean I should start over?

My guess would be that is related to your Cloudfare cache, trying cleaning it and let us know how it goes.

I did start the cloudfare over the weekend as well. I’ve purged the cache numerous times and just went through and deactivated all plugins and reactivated the ones I know work.
The weirdest thing is that the site works in Safari, but not Chrome or Firefox. I’m not sure if the fact that I use Safari to access wp-admin or not.
I’m not certain I needed to activate Cloudfare and now wish I hadn’t.

UPDATE:
ok, for whatever reason, I deactivate cloudfare on my bluehost account and reactivated it, now it works everywhere.
