    I can not activate theme.

    “We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.”

    Please, help.

    I dont want write here y code or site url for security.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! Are you using and X theme or not. If you are not using X theme, you need a separate license code for a standalone Cornerstone plugin to validate. And if you are using X theme, please make sure that you haven’t rename the x theme folder because Cornerstone will think that you are not using X theme and that you are using Cornerstone as a standalone plugin.

    To assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look? This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation. Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.

    To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
    – Link to your site

    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Please setup a child theme and rename child theme folder.

    Hello There,

    As I have mentioned earlier, you are not supposed to rename the x folder. You may have whatever folder name for the child theme but the parent x theme folder should remain the same because this is your only link with Cornerstone. And otherwise, if you have renamed it, Cornerstone will longer have a link with the parent theme and act as a standalone plugin and require you to validate with a separate Cornerstone license.
