    Hi am a new user and just trying ti install the theme. but this error message has come up. Please speak in basic user language as Im new to this. Thanks

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! You may be installing the whole download package. Please extract the files within the zip downloaded from Themeforest. Once extracted there should be another zip file called “x”. Use that file to install the theme, that is the actual theme file to be installed.

    Hi I have managed to just install the wordpress theme. I am trying to download the church theme but it is saying the download fails each time.

    Hi There,

    In this case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link login to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / Password
    – FTP Account
