I get an error message at the very bottom of all my pages:

What’s this?

My WP and X theme is updated. I’m having problems updating Visual Composer though. I have another support ticker regarding column issues as well.

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

In the meantime please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hi there,

Please connect to FTP and find following line in wp-config.php file :

define('WP_DEBUG', true);

And update it to :

define('WP_DEBUG', false);

You’re using compatible version of VC and don’t need update.
