sheswiredParticipantHello,
This is an amazing theme. Love working with it.
I just purchased and downloaded it today. I am on WP 4.7.1, SliderRevolution 5.3.1.5.
Unfortunately I cannot figure out why my video on the Slider Background will not work on mobile. Works great on laptop and desktops. Any thoughts?
http://bravoadvisors.comThank you for your help,

NicoModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in!
Background videos are disabled for mobile devices due to some reasons including that they are bandwidth hungry. We instead encourage users to use a poster image that is to show on mobile devices instead of the video. You can find more detail in our video walkthrough on sliders. https://community.theme.co/kb/sliders/
Thank you for understanding.

sheswiredParticipantThank you for the quick response. I understand. I added the image into the Video Poster image area on the page. But it does not appear. I saw it flash for a second on the iOS Safari and Google browsers, but then it went back to being just black. Am I missing another setting? I am also seeing this error at the top of the screen sometimes – Warning: Class __PHP_Incomplete_Class has no unserializer in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas15_data01/80/3766480/html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 855. Thanks for your continued assistance. This is a great theme.

sheswiredParticipantTo clarify, I see the error
Warning: Class __PHP_Incomplete_Class has no unserializer in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas15_data01/80/3766480/html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 855On both Desktop and Mobile.
Thanks,

Nabeel AModeratorHi again,
Thank you for providing the credentials, I tested your site in couple of mobile devices and the video poster image is displaying fine on my end. Can you please clear your mobile browser’s cache and reload the site.
Let us know how this goes!

Any thoughts about the error message that sometimes appears on mobile and desktop? Warning: Class __PHP_Incomplete_Class has no unserializer in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas15_data01/80/3766480/html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 855

JadeModeratorHi there,
Kindly login through FTP and open the file wp-config.php then find the line:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);and set it to false.Hope this helps.

sheswiredParticipantHi. I logged in and it was already set to false. Did you make that change? Thank you. –Sue

RupokMemberHi there,
If your WP_DEBUG is already set to false then maybe your PHP error_reporting is enabled. You can place
error_reporting(0);instead ofdefine(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);on your config file.Cheers!
