    I am trying to get new theme design for my page from the X-theme, but it is not able to upload the new theme successfully. What might be the issue.

    For eg. I want to switch from Integrity 8 to Ethos 1
    PS: I am not a developer.

    Hi There,

    In that case I guess the easiest solution is that you load the customizer settings on WP Admin Dashboard > Addons Manually.

    I am attaching Ethos 1 Customizer Settings in a zip file, navigate to : Addons > Customizer Manager and import it.
