    Dear X theme heroes,

    Since updating WordPress I haven’t been able to properly add new media.

    The thumbnail loads as a question mark and when adding as content does not load anything.

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi There,

    Please updated your plugins and try again.

    If that does not work please turn off all your third party plugins and try again.

    Hi there,

    Please go to Settings > Media and clear the current value in Store uploads in this folder then try to upload the images again.
