I can’t add or delete elements in cornerstone. Everytime I try its non-responsive.

You are using outdated version of x and cornerstone.

Please find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

You need to update theme manually via FTP, then follow https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation to validate product, next you’ll be able to update plugins automatically.
