Hello, for my new website i used the x-theme. So far everything works fine but now i just realized that it is not possible to press the play button to start embedded videos. On a MacBook, PC and Android device it works just fine.
But on iPads and iPhone it is not possible to start the clips.
I already tried to deactivate all the plugins, but it is still not possible to play the videos on iPads and iPhones.

Would be great if you could help!

I was able to replicate the issue in an ipad.

Though I also tried our demo and it seems to be working fine.

There’s something in your site that is preventing it from working.

Hello There,

Thanks for providing the login information. I have check the page in Cornerstone and it turns out that you have used the Video Player element incorrectly. You inserted the Vimeo link as the video file source. You are supposed to insert a direct video file source such as http://example.com/video-source.mp4. The link like this: https://vimeo.com/171205944 may have work in some browsers yet will not play in most browsers because this is not a direct video file source. You have to add a video source link and a video poster image so that when the video does not display, a poster image will as a replacement.

Hope this explains it briefly.
