I’m testing X locally and need to install the plugins, but run into errors that they cannot be installed. Per the documentation, they are included in the All Files & Documentation download available from ThemeForest.
However, I received X from a Brent Weaver UGuru promotion so it does not show in my ThemeForest account (came directly from Themeco).
How do I go about getting the All Files & Documentation download to manually install the plugins?

Thanks for writing in! As you didn’t purchase from Themeforest, you can’t access the Themeforest files. As you own a license from Themeco and allowed to use X, you can always download the theme files from Themeco dashboard – https://community.theme.co/dashboard/
If your theme is validated, you can install the addons from Addons page.
