Archive / no photos in post carousel or slider – just gray boxes

    Hi,

    I’m trying to get photos into the post slider or carousel. I have an image as the featured image and it still shows as a gray box with the title, author and date.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thank you for providing the credentials. Upon checking your site all of your images are displaying fine on my end (see attached) Please clear your browser’s cache and reload the site.
