    Hello I receive this error when attempting to download additional extensions. I already have several extensions downloaded and have a validated license. I would appreciate your quick help. Thanks!

    Hello There,

    Hi There,

    Login to your WP site admin dashboard and navigate to Addons panel. Scroll down to the bottom and press the revoke validation, then re-validate it again. If this does not work, please provide us login credentials in private reply so we can take a closer look.

    There is no location on the bottom of my addon section that indicates any revoking of validation. It ends with the WooCommerce and then “thank you for creating with WordPress.” I am getting the same error message “No package provided”.

    Hi There,

    I believe you can´t find the revoke option because you have an older version of X Theme so you will need to perform a manual update. We do recommend you to backup your website before doing this procedure.

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Temporary disable any caching plugins and purge all your server cache.

    2. Delete both X theme (/wp-content/themes/x) and Cornerstone plugin (/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone) by connecting to your FTP (your settings will be saved in the database)

    3. Download the latest copy of X and upload it to your themes folder via FTP OR you can upload the x.zip via Appearance -> Themes section or via FTP you also can download the zip file from: https://community.theme.co/dashboard/

    4. Latest version of Cornerstone will be installed automatically when you head over X Addons section. Now you try validating your X theme again and then try to install any other extension and it should function properly.

    Once you do that, please follow this steps:

    1] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
    2] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    3] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    If that is not the case and you do have the latest version of X Theme, Kindly provide the URL so we can have a look.
