    I have revoked and assigned the license twice… still the same error.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Are you able to provide specific instructions without getting access to our site? Could you please tell me why this is an ongoing issue for your user base? I saw this issue from March of this year. I followed the instructions from those posts and that did not work.

    Hi There,

    Most of the time this issue has something to do with server configuration which we do not have control-over with. Please contact your hosting and confirm the following:

    – Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co
    – Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled.
    – Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.
