    Hi,

    i am totaly happy with x-theme and have just set up a new project with it.
    but right now i am getting no clue on what’s wrong…
    the website is lesen.family-unplugged.de – it works fine on desktop, but on mobile i only get white frames and none of the content.
    can u help?

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    The site is working fine on Android device using Google Chrome as well. See attached!

    Can you double check it using the Chrome browser on a respective iPhone?

    Hi Themeco/Rahul,

    still got the same problem – changed to chrome, reset iPhone, using old iPhone – still blank screen with noch images nor slider displayed. changed wifi to LTE – nothing changed. Any other idea?

    As my colleagues I also see your website on mobile exactly as desktop.

    Maybe there is a missunderstanding.

    Would you mind providing more details about the issue?

    Also if necessary please provide your admin credentials in a private reply so we can take a closer look.

    Hi there,

    It’s due to image file name, they return 404 when iOS Safari requests them. Please re-upload your images with short and readable file names.
