tsteuerParticipantHi X Support,
Having updated to the newest version of X theme, I’m unable to see any of the extensions available within the unified X addons page. I’ve researched other posts on the same topics, deactivated my firewall plugin, and haven’t been able to get the extensions list to display correctly.
I’d love to install Estimaation & Payment Forms but am currently unable due to this issue. Also, I’ll respond to this post with login info in case you want to take a look at the X install directly.
Thanks for your help! ā WL

ChristianModeratorPlease uninstall Cornerstone and then go to Addons and X will automatically reinstall the latest version of Cornerstone.
If that doesn’t help, please give us htaccess credentials (see attachment).
Thanks.

ChristianModeratorPlease contact your hosting provider with this message
Hello [provider],
My WordPress installation is having a hard time making outbound HTTP requests. Iām using X theme and it makes a request to community.theme.co for setting up automatic updates.
Could you please do the following?
ā Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co
ā Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled.
ā Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.
ā Check into the error message above. Please advise on anything you discover. Thank you.
Thanks.
