Hi X Team,
I can not edit permalink for the static page in the last version of X theme. I was always able to do it, but now when I edit the page, instead of ‘edit’ button next to permalink there is ‘Change Permalinks’ button that brings me to Settings, where I can modify posts permalinks.But I need to change permalinks for all pages.
Please help!

Hi Jane,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Hi there,

I’m getting a blank page when checking your Permalink settings. A white screen usually means there is a fatal PHP error. Can you please enable WP_DEBUG mode? You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding
define( 'WP_DEBUG' , true ); just above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ For example:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

When you revisit the page with the white screen, you should have some error output describing the issue in more detail.

I am getting the same issue. We need to check your permalink settings but then it is not loading with Internal Server Error. See this:http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDlOVpQUyP. You may also check in with your hosting provider regarding this error.

I’ve figured out what was causing the problem. I had to set permalinks to Custom in Settings first.

I still do not understand why you were seeing white page since I was able to access my website from different computers, but I guess it is irrelevant now.
