On the posts I have enabled “discussion” under “screen options” and selected “allow comments” from the meta box as suggested by another forum post, but they still aren’t showing up. Might you be able to provide some assistance to resolve this issue?

Hey There,

Thanks for writing in!

There is a simple way to enable blog comments as you mentioned. First you’ll need to enable the discussion check box from “screen options”
then go to the post on which you want to enable comments, scroll down and find Discussion Meta box. Click on Allow Comments.

Similarly you can do this in bulk, from the Posts/Pages screen, check the boxes next to the posts or Pages on which you want to enable comments. Select “Edit” from the “Bulk Edit” Dropdown box and click Apply. Then, select “Allow” next in the Comments drowdown box and finish by clicking “update.”

If this doesn’t work or help you out, kindly send us your WP Login Credentials – Username and Password along with the Site URL. We’d have a closer look of it.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! After spending a lot of time checking on the issue, it turns out that you have installed and activated Disqus Comments. If you have not set this up yet, please do so that the Disqus Comments will display. If you just want to use the default comments section, please deactivate this plugin instead.
