    Please note that the current supported version of Visual Composer v4.11.2. For all the reasons why we recommend our customer to use the support version of Visual Composer, please walk-through following thread:

    I am using version 4.11.2.1. How is this NOT the supported version. I did not go to visual composer website and install this.

    Hi There,

    Would you mind reinstalling your VC via adds on again. Remove it from your plugin then reinstall it. If still the problem persist and it is not installing the bundled version. Please share us your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.

    Don’t forget to update your setup to the latest version before doing reinstallment and if you will share us your admin credetials, don’t forget to set it as private reply.
