    Hi,

    Unfortunately my Ninja form is not working at http://tafelvansmaak.nl/boekencontact/

    Sometimes it is visible in Chrome, sometimes not. It is never showing in IE.

    Can you help me finding out what the problem is?

    Hi Chris,

    I tried to load the site on my end and the form is showing up fine on Chrome and IE.

    Would you mind trying to clear you browser’s cache and see if it makes a difference?
