I’ve tried googling and paste:ing some codes but I can’t get it to work. Either it doesn’t show up or breaks the page.

How do I get the next/previous arrow in Renew stack on single post?

By default Ethos has navigation arrows, see http://demo.theme.co/ethos-1/these-shoes-were-made-for-walking/

Please provide us with URL and login credentials.
