    Hi I just both my third licence, but the activation code is not available on my account, can you please double check?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind telling us what you are experiencing? Did you not receive a purchase / license code from Themeforest? If so, please contact them regarding this as that part of the process if from their end. If you did receive a purchase code and it is not working, we have a team that handles those issues.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
    – Purchase / License Code

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    We’ll then forward this to the team that will handle it. Thanks!

    Is fine now, thanks.

    I just need to point out and if you could make the change will be great, this licence is for http://www.dentalflexitalia.eu, I am using /2016 to build the new site, but once is done will become http://www.dentalflexitalia.eu, so the licence should be for this.

    Hello There,

    You can do all yourself. You can revoke the license of the original url if necessary or you can just assign the second URL as the development enviroment on your license: https://community.theme.co/my-account/

    Here the step by step what should be done, you can do more than one time if necessary.

    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.
