    Hey There,

    Thanks for the information!

Before moving any further, would you mind clearing cache first? It is necessary to clear the Cache memory after making an update.

You can try with the following plugins:

    – W3 Total Cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
    – WP Super Cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/

Hope it helps, let us know how this goes!

    Hello There,

This is a PHP Warning. It may have came from a 3rd party plugin because we already double check both X and Cornerstone. We do not have any kind of this function. Since this is a PHP Warning, you can get rid of this by disabling the WP_DEBUG mode. You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding
define( 'WP_DEBUG' , false ); just above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ For example:

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

When you revisit the page, you should no longer see the PHP Warning.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello There,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If nothing else works, would you mind providing us the ftp login credentials so we can take a closer look?

To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
    – FTP Hostname
    – FTP Username
    – FTP Password

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thank you.

    Hi There,

I could see that your X theme is not updated. Probably it would conflict to the latest version of Rev slider. Please update your X theme then reinstall your Rev slider by removing it and install it again thru X Adds On.

    for updating guide: https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

Latest versions can be seen here: https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.
