Hello,

I have just bought and installed your theme for the first time. I’m having some trouble getting started and have 3 main questions.

I have installed the Integrity 1 demo, although it doesn’t look very accurate?

Biggest Issues:
1. The FontAwesome arrow on the slider to scroll down isn’t appearing. I updated the .htaccess file as recommended here:

And I also added the fontawesome file to my child theme following these instructions:
https://www.sitepoint.com/using-font-awesome-with-wordpress/

But it still isn’t appearing.

2. I want the header area to stick to the top of the screen on scroll like it does in the live demo of your Integrity 1 site, but it doesn’t. I’ve gone to Appearance > Customize > Header > Navbar Position and that doesn’t seem to do it.

3. I selected the “fullwidth” layout but the menu area still doesn’t go full, width, is there a layout the centers the container in a fullwidth layout like the live example of Integrity 1?

Also, I just did a test with font awesome on a post, it seems to work fine in a post, it just isn’t showing up on the homepage slider.

Hi there,

1. Does the arrow is enabled already? I don’t see any arrow container, if it’s missing icon then it should at least have the elements. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials?

2. The structure of your site is completely broken, please provide your FTP login credentials as well. Does it have an old child theme?

3. We’ll see when we fix the layout structure, right now, it’s broken in my view.

4. Slider has its own way of font implementation, could be similar but you have to do it within the slider.
