jennymbutterfieldParticipantHi there!
url: http://www.jennybutterfield.com
X version: 4.6.4My “new products” page needs a little help. All the images are HUGE and in a single column.
I have the short code below on the back end in the standard WordPress page builder, but the short code must be being overridden by something because it obviously isn’t working the way it should.
[recent_products columns=”3”]Please advice. Thank you!

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Your code looks formatted since the quotation seems changed due to copy paste I guess. Let’s try this :
[recent_products per_page="12" columns="3"]And make sure you are using the stable version of WooCommerce instead of the beta version since we got some report for the beta version. You can check the stable version from here – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/
Cheers!

jennymbutterfieldParticipantHi,
Thank you for the response!
I tried the short code that you suggested… but it did not work. The short code literally shows up as text on the web page instead of formatting the pictures.
I am running Woocommerce version 2.6.3. I went to the plugin page you suggested, but I didn’t read anything about a “stable” versus a “beta” version of Woocommerce. So, I’m not sure if that’s the problem or not.
Thank you for the help!

RupokMemberHi Jenny,
So you are using the stable version, no issue. Did you place the shortcode in Text Mode or Visual Mode? Can you point us the page you are referring? It would be great if you can share your login credentials in a private reply.
Cheers!
