IanHepParticipantRevolution, Disqus & Google Analytics Extensions all give the above error – I’ve not tried any others. The supplied Contact Form 7 installed OK. See attached screen shot.

AlexanderKeymasterHi there,
There was an issue earlier today where the package files were not being served correctly even on validated sites, but this has been resolved. Try clicking “Check Now” from the Automatic updates box. This will refresh the list of packages behind the scenes. Let us know if this makes a difference.

jkneitelParticipantI’m also receiving an error when I try to install Google Analytics. I receive a “No Package Provided” error. I checked (using Automatic updates) that everything is up to date.
Any thoughts?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Please try following these steps:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.Let us know if the issue persists after following these steps,
Joao

jkneitelParticipantThanks very much! That worked.
Took me a little while to figure out exactly how to do that.
For anyone else, the “revoke license” link is all the way on the right of the X Add-Ons page (in small, light gray font). And I had to ensure that my url matched on Settings > General > Site Address the url that was on the https://community.theme.co/my-account license management page before this worked.
Thanks again!

ddubois63ParticipantJust a word of caution. I did this and changed the domain name to httpS:// instead of my domain name http:// and I am now locked out of my website. And I still have the problem of “no package provided”.
