calicohParticipantHey everyone,
I’ve never quite had this issue before in the past and therefore I am stumped and am unsure what to do. Currently I am working with a website that is live and my client is trying to update their content via cornerstone, much like I have in the past.
Now, the issue is regarding the update function (I believe). When logged in via administrator, I can see the new content on the homepage of the website (1st screenshot). After updating the content, and refreshing the front-end of the website while logging into the administrator, the new content is visible. Now, when logging out and trying to view the content in a different tab, clearing the cache… The old content is still there (2nd screenshot). Once I log back into the admin, open up the cornerstone editor, I do see the changes were saved, it’s just the front-end is not reflecting the new changes after logging out.
Please help!
I’m running X theme v4.6.2 with WordPress v4.6.1

ThaiModeratorHi There,
It could be the cache.
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks.

ThaiModeratorHi There,
I’ve just checked on your website, the content looks the same for both logged in & not logged in.
Could you please double check again?

JoaoModeratorHi There
Please clean your browser cache and test it again, it loaded fine on my end.
I could access cornerstone of “Formal Buffet Menu” whithout problems.
Hope that helps
