blackjackmacParticipantHello,
We are doing a site for an Client using your latest X Theme v4.6.4 for WordPress (we are also using the latest WordPress v4.6.1).
We have embedded audio the Client wanted on the Home page using your X Theme customization options with on of your looping mp3s the Client wanted as site music. The problem is: thought it is only violin music, it always comes up very loud and is jarring to viewers of the site due the volume, which is not the User Experience anyone wants.
Is there some sort of setting, or JavaScript or other such code, that could be put in to have the audio player start at only 1/2 or 2/3s of the volume when it initializes and launches with the Page load? If so, what is the setting or code and where do we put it?
If you could respond with if this is possible and, if so, how to go about doing it, step-by-step, we would greatly appreciate it. I search you KB and forums, and found KB articles and such for turning controls for the general audio player on/off, but nothing about launching it with the volume turned down 1/2-way or such.
Please advise at your earliest convenience. Thank you in advance.
best,

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Volume control is disabled for X audio. Also, background music is not recommended for user experience.
This could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/
Thanks for understanding. Take care!
