    I am trying to create some padding between the top of the page (where it says “CCRC News” at http://ccrcofamerica.com/news/) and the bottom of the navigation menu. Since this is the blog posts page, and not a standard page or post that’s easy to edit, I can’t seem to figure how to do this.

    You can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer:

    h1.h-landmark {
    margin-top: 30px;
}
