    Hi There I need some help please.
    I purchased an x theme licence a year or so ago. I have recently chnaged my site from http://www.livinginvictory.co.uk to http://www.livinginvictoryministries.com. I have unvalidated the product licenece code from the .co.uk site succesfully and have even updated the .com site with the purchase code successfully. But when I go to my home page it still says “coming soon”. All the other pages work.

    Does anyone know why this is? and how can I fix it please? It’s been really frustrating because I want to move over to my .com site asap and having a lot of difficulty moving over.

    Hi Byron,

    Please check if you have the Coming Soon plugin activated.

    Also check at Wp Admin Dashboard > Settings > Reading > If you have the correct page assigned.

    What is the coming soon plugin called and is it installed as standard with Themeco X?

    Hi There,

    It is called Under Construction, sorry.

    It is offered among the addons.

    If it is installed You should find in WP Admin Dashboard > Plugins > Installed plugins

    If that does not solve your issue,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    BTW it doesnt matter what page you set as home page it says coming soon. However, you can view all teh other pages and the wp-admin. This must have something to do with moving the site from one domain to another
